Cessation From Work Clause

Stone & Johnson attorneys have obtained summary judgment for insurers, on the basis that coverage of noise induced hearing loss is an “occupational disease” and as such, is excluded from coverage by a “cessation from work” clause in a railroad indemnity policy.

“Your Product” Exclusion
